These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Fetlock Windmills merchandise store.

Store operator

The store is operated by Fetlock Industries Pty Ltd, trading as Fetlock Windmills.

Products

Our merchandise is produced to order through a third-party fulfilment provider. Product colours, placement and appearance may vary slightly between screen previews and the finished item.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout.

Orders are accepted subject to product availability, payment approval and fulfilment capacity. We may contact a customer if an order requires clarification or cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping

Shipping arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Production and delivery times may vary.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Refund and Returns Policy applies to eligible returns, faulty or damaged products, incorrect items and other customer concerns.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights available under applicable consumer law.

Fetlock Windmills names, logos, artwork, photographs, written content and other brand materials must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Website use

Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or use the website unlawfully.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fetlock Windmills is not responsible for indirect loss arising from website use or delivery delays outside its reasonable control. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
