Shipping policy

Fetlock Windmills merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through Printful.

We currently offer shipping to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and other destinations available through the Shopify checkout.

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed at checkout. They may vary by destination, product, order value and delivery speed.

Production and delivery

As products are made to order, production begins after an order is placed. Delivery times can vary because of production demand, carrier delays, customs processing, weather and other events outside our control.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional costs or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may apply, subject to applicable law.

Lost, damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel appears lost, damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact accounts@fetlockwindmills.com with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment and delivery providers and assist with the available remedy.
